Career advice?

okay i love the idea of writing things so I was considering becoming a technical writer...I do well in science and English but I am awesome in history but i would not want to make a career out of that .But I was thinking what about a medical examiner/coroner...ya they do the autopsy but it sounds so interesting...my stomach can handle some things but I just dunno if I can handle the dead? Do you think my stomach will eventually allow me to cut into the dead? or do you think it would be easier to follow technical writing, which sounds a bit boring when medical examining sounds is filled with variety!
