I lost like 60 pounds and want to lose like 10 more but I have it a rut?

I need exercises to help tone up, especially my thighs. I have the following equipment ab lounge, gazelle, exercise bike, 3 pd dumbells, and of course a good pair of running shoes. Fast results and simple moves would be great. Thanks. also have wii fit.
