Neopets questions??????

is having 280,000 NP rich?? i really don't know anyone who has this much np. me and my friend earned this money. also, how is a good way to earn money that isn't as slow as the others? exluding key quest. And paintbrushes? why is it always what everyone talks about? I wold really like to make layouts, and i know everything i need to know. i know how to se photoshop nn stuff, and i have a web i can put it on, i know everything, but im just not creative enough!!!! and im really creative!! help?
