Nvidia 9800gt graphics card fail to enable HDCP?

I have a nvidia 9800 gt with a LG blue ray read drive, I came up with a warning saying "Fail to enable HDCP. please switch to og output and try again. I am using a dell flatscreen monitor and it has a DVI plug on it.
