CCW in Ohio IMPORTANT QUESTION?

Hi I have a long questions.... You see 2 years ago I was pulled over and got a ticket. I thought I paid the ticket and all obviously I was wrong. This happened in Canton Ohio (Stark County) when I was in college, anyways sense the ticket is not paid there is a bench warrant out for me. I will get this taken care of in about 2 months when I have the fund to pay it... Moving on though I am about to apply for my CCW in franklin County, they are asking me for ever area I lived in.. I never lived in Stark County however I did live in Summit County which is next to it... But most of my life I have lived in franklin County.. When they run my background check will they find this bench warrant? I don't think this warrant is entered into the computers though, because I have purchase firearms and they ran a background check, I have had background checks ran for school, and had to go to court about a year ago and no one has seen it, so will the franklin sheriff when running my background for CCW
