Could you go to heaven if you honestly accept Jesus as a youth, but then NEVER participate in anything. (read)?

If you honestly accepted Jesus, you would at least thank God for things, pray(even if only in your mind), and occasionaly read the Bible(otherwise how would you know to accept Jesus in the first place). As far as talking about it, you might be worried about what other people think. Not going to church, you might be worried about following a "false prophet". And Christian holidays are so secularized now a days everyone ends up celebrating them incidentally. But that's just me talking I don't know what God has to say about it.
