Multiple External IPs?

We have an Cisco ASA 5500 and a dynamic ip. I was considering getting a new plan with 5 static ip addresses. Could we be able to make 1 IP go to the ASA and the other 4 go to a different router? or if it all went to the ASA, could we do a DMZ to the server and still access the VPN?
