To anyone with KNOWLEDGE of the shoulder joint...?

I had surgery a little over a year ago and still have pain. I have full motion BUT Have less than 70% full use. That is there are things I cannot do for an extended period of time. I was told I would have full use but it didn't turn out that way. It took 1 year before becoming basically pain free (NOT) as they said. You need to give it at least 1 year, my cousin had the same surgery as you and he lost 75% overhead use after healing.
