Will Sarasota ever open midnight p?

I used to live in sarasota, moved to the UK 2 years ago. all the time I lived in SRQ they always talked about they should open MNP.I think they should, the bay water around the area has always been dark and unhealthy looking. Just like the Bumper sticker says, ''open midnight p now''
